原标题:广州环球教育攻破雅思口语提分障碍:高频语法错误例释
相信许多备考雅思的同学都知道,语法错误问题是口语里的很头疼的一个问题。雅思口语表达不同于写作,许多在写作不容易出现的语法错误在口语中却会频繁出现,究其原因是因为口语表达更注重讲话瞬间的“感觉”,换言之,这是一种靠时间和练习量积累的语感直觉。
那么考生在考试中通常都会高频地出现什么类型的错误呢?通常来说有几类语法错误要注意警惕,广州环球教育(原环球雅思)郑睿老师总结如下:
1.时态
时态问题可以说是 频的错误之一,而就时态来说,错最多的却是过去式这种最简单的时态变化。
例如在part2描述题中,通常考生会通过许多过去的例子/经历来回应,然而很多同学却用错,整篇一会儿现在时一会儿过去时,显得很凌乱。
在问答题中也时有出现,例如某同学对下面这个雅思口语问题的回答,大家对比体会一下:
问:when was the last time you sent flowers to others?
答:let me think,actually a few months ago,one of my best friends invite(invited)me to join his graduation ceremony,you know,it's a tradition to give people flowers on this occasion,so i buy(bought)some sunflowers and give(gave)it to him,because i hope(hoped)his future will(would)be as bright as the sun.
2.代词/主语误用
这个是一个比较高频的情况,一般也多在口语中出现,例如:he,she,it,they,that,those,this,these.
大家需要注意关注几个角度:1.性别;2.人/物;3.单数还是复数?
例如考官问:Who is your favorite family member?
考生答:I believe my favorite family member must be my mother,because i think he(she)is really a nice person,and he(she)is good at cooking.
又例如考生在罗列了两个或以上理由的时候,作结论却说:This is the reason why…(these are the reasons why…)
3.主谓一致
关于主谓一致,具体点来说,错的比较多的应该是“第三人称单数”。大家可以看看下面这个雅思口语问答体会一下:
问:Do you think primary school students should have music classes?
答:Personally,i think it depend(depends)on students'personal interest.if a student do not(doesn't)like it,…,but if a student do(does)like music,i believe….
4.动词/介词搭配
这个方面需要在平时学英文单词的时候多积累不同单词的用法。
例如:Can you tell me a famous person you like?
答:…,i really like him because i think he can always persist on his dream.(persist的用法:persist with sth/persist in(doing)sth)
My parents are very strict to me(strict的用法:be strict with somebody)
5.词性
说出来之前,结合句子分析一下,究竟需要的是动词、名词、形容词还是副词?以上几种容易混淆误用。
例如:我相信有一天我会成功的!
错误:I believe one day i will success!
正确:I believe one day I will succeed/I believe one dayI will become successful/I believe one day I will achieve success!
又例如:
I believe honest(honesty)is very important in friendship.
写在最后:口语中之所以高频出现语法问题,其实很多时候并不是因为不懂语法的规则,而是因为没有养成对应规则的习惯,很多同学缺乏这种意识/习惯,而习惯只能通过训练改变。
环球教育老师建议考生可以准备一个小本子,练习过程中给自己录音,然后用笔记本记录下各种语法错误频率,作为对自己的提醒和警示。随着练习的增多,习惯一定会慢慢得到改变。
